Spring on the Farm and some Pretty Photos!

Spring has finally sprung on the farm! Although I’m a real snow-lover, as most of you know, I’ve been waiting and waiting for spring on the farm!

The last time we were down, we ended up having a real weird streak of weather and it turned out being negative twenty-four degrees while we were there! Like, what the heck?!!

This last weekend when we were down, however, ended up being just gorgeous! The Easter bunny even came for a visit!

10 DIY Amazing Twine Projects (that you need to try, right now!)

Does anyone else have a slight obsession with twine, lately?! I love it! You can basically take any object, one that you don’t especially care for, wrap it in twine, and get a whole new look! It’s really like one of the easiest and least expensive décor hacks out there…

Did you know that twine is actually composed of two or more smaller strands that are individually twisted, and then twisted together, to make a larger strand.

I actually just had a flashback to my childhood years, and I think my fascination with twine may have all started when I was young and to keep busy while my parents were working in the fields on the farm, I would twist and braid pieces of bailer-twine… (And that’s how it all started?!) Easy, Breezy, Beautiful Easter Décor! (All you really need are a few good pieces!)

Can you believe that I never really had any Easter décor, before last year?! I still kind of can’t even believe it myself! I guess it’s because Easter is usually a pretty big traveling holiday for us.
